Services Used

The client purchased this house recognizing its great bones and location. It needed lots of work - new floors, windows, trim, and full gut of existing bathrooms and kitchen.

We took the renovations one piece at a time with the homeowner completing the construction themselves. We selected paint colors, hardware, lighting, and cabinetry updates. In the primary suite we proposed a closet reconfiguration to allow for adding a shower to the en suite.

The finished project is fresh, simple, and bright. One bedroom functions as a home office and another as a painting studio.
